How it all began – our idea of the perfect store
In 2008 we started our business, a small distribution of Intimate Apparel from Colombia, which operated from the garage of our home, in a small period of time; we decided to open a small spot in one of the largest Flea Markets in Florida located in Ft. Lauderdale.
This allowed us to expand our business and incorporate the first brand of Colombian Girdles even though we had been told that we would fail at it, the business was a success, opening a new niche in the market that not too many believed that it would be possible in a place where people were not used to pay for high quality of merchandise.
Growing from 2 single founders to an amazing store
It is this how our business name Girdle Depot, which after a year allowed us to open an exclusive Girdle store in Hialeah Garden, FL. This allowed us to get the experience & the sufficient knowledge about the products and provide for our customers the best possible attention, a professional follow up for each one, so that they can have the best experience ever and the correct advice in the purchase of the girdle & body shapers of the best manufacturers of the world as is the Colombian Industry.
In 2017, we strategically launched a new image of the company through our page U GO FIGURE, that promises to be a very successful, using the personal experience of the founders, through transmitted Vlogs; whose main objective is to exalt the natural beauty of every woman, uplift their self-esteem and show the value God has placed on each and every one of us.
